Don't buy anything unless you are sure you are going to keep it. The website says that, to make a return, go to "the remorse returns" page but no such page exists. The help phone number is only open a few hours a day but no calls actually go through when it is open. Someone did respond to my email about a return but outlined a process so complicated and expensive, it wasn't worth it. So now I have a product I don't want.

Too complicated return-policy. Slow communication. Package and delivery was fine.

I had to wait a very long time to receive what I ordered. On top of that I had to discuss with the delivery entity as things were coming from Hong Kong … I had to sign paperwork. Realising after the facts that it travel the world was a bad news. Sad because I like the design.

Case was a little bit damaged and the delivery just took too long.

Product was ok, previous cable broke so not as well made as you make them out to be, delivery cost a fortune, was also over a week late so undecided if i will use again
