I had a really good time on your website which is clear, with a large and modern selection of products. I received a complete order which was as I hoped: the products look like on the website and seem to be well made. Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with the shipping: 5 weeks to get my order ; the fedex customer service was not reachable, people there were very rude and did not aware me that they were delivering my order, so that I could not be home. So sad that the shipping is so far from the rest of the service!

Delivery, service, etc. was great, but the product was a disappointment. The weight on the charging cable is not substantial enough to keep it from falling behind the table when not plugged into device, which was the whole point of the purchase.

My order didn’t arrive due to FedEx incompetence. They said I refused to accept the package (why would I do that?). Native Union gave me a refund as soon as I asked for one, which is great. Would’ve preferred my order though.

I feel like they could improve on the desing by making the lights that show its is charging more visible. At six feet tall i have to bend down just to see if it is charging correctly.

You take much to long for replacements. You may not understand how it is to go without charges, when you phone is vital to my work. Very disappointed in customer service.
