The shipping and service was great, unfortunately the product did not meet expectations.

I like ur products, but service is shit, I wrote recently mail about problem with delivery - nobody answer to me. Now I will comeback to home after monthly trip and will search order I don’t know where. Important information about delivery should be inside order form, not in some hidden page in hidden articles.

Return process is atrocious

The shopping experience seemed to be an easy one. But unfortunately the delivery failed and my expenses are still in an unknown status. But at least the support team is trying to give their best.

Ordered item online but after weeks, the item had not shipped. I contacted NU to inquire only to be told that item was sold out, but decided to keep my order open in the event inventory returned. 1+ month later, I noticed the item was back online but my order had still not yet been fulfilled so I contacted NU again. They finally shipped the following week. If I had not contacted them multiple times, I would likely not have been advised of the situation nor my order shipped.
