The website didn’t clearly explain the dimensions of the W.F.A. Tech organizer. It is too small for my liking. I live too far from the city for it to be worth the effort to travel to my USPS to return it.

Website good, nice products. Very slow shipping times - not made clear enough that products come from HK and take a long time to arrive. NU might consider more regional logistics centres...

I don’t know where your product will ship from, but Native Union does. If there’s a weather even going on that prevents shipping, it should be disclosed on the website. I paid 12.00 extra for expedited shipping to receive the same week, but received the items a day later than the original “free shipping” date the following week. One star for that, five stars for the product, so you get three stars.

I didn’t arrived the day you promised.

Order arrived fine, lovely product on arrival. But edges fraying & I can tell this product isn’t going to look good for much longer.
