Order was shipped without notification, so I was not aware it was attempted to be delivered and shipped to a local package store. I asked by email about the status, but never got a respond. Not good service.

Dispatching the shipment was later than promised.

The case looks great but after a week it's already freying so it won't last long.

Forgot to ship but it was resolved quickly after contacting.

pricing and final price reflected in bill and charges are confusing...
