Native Union Online Store

To order the products was very easy. However we never received the ordered products. The company that should deliver didn't even left a note that they tried to deliver the products, they only said on their website that nobody was at home. I think the products are going back to Native Union, and i hope to get my money back.

Nice products but little information on return protocol. No response on email request.

The product quality was good and met my expections; the only criticism I have is with the lack of status with my order - especially as the items were Christmas presents.
