did not receive the device

Cannot review the product as order #2742MP has not yet arrived now 30 days from day or order placed. Also the tracking number provided does not provide information on delivery status

Though festive seasons with high traffic volume, the item I bought has not yet arrived for more than 2weeks since my purchase order.

I have ordered travel adapters at the start of October and still have not received them. Your customer support did nothing to help me resolve the case. I want my adapters ASAP!!! I will use every platform possible to promote your shitty customer support.

12/09 December 9 submitted ORDER #3185MP which was charge for $69 immediately to my VISA, and MOPOINT sent the order confirmation. 12/17 MOPOINT sent shipping notice with number tracking number which connected to nothing. Fraud. I emailed complaint immediately so we could complete this transaction but MOPOINT did not respond. 12/28 NO receipt of merchandise so I am challenging transaction through VISA, denying the charge.
