僕は日本の購入者です。 黄色の封筒に入った状態で国際便で届いたが、家に届いたときには封筒自体がゴミのようにグチャグチャになっていました。 もちろんパッケージも添付画像のようにグチャグチャになってしまっていました。 このことをカスタマーサポートにメールをしてみましたが全く返事は返ってきませんでした。 本体の動作には問題がなかったので返品などはしませんでしたが、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。

I have not gotten my order I will supply a screen shot of my tracking info. Also if you have to resend my order I need to change my shipping address because now I am at my house in Florida for the winter. Here is the new shipping if order needs to be resent.
