Still waiting for delivery after several month! Rip off company.

I ordered it the 27 Nov 2020 and today is the 28 Dec 2020 and I’m still waiting for my order (#2665MP)

My delivery never arrived. I hope the next one will.

Order 2 units. One was defective. Contacted customer services but no one bothered to get back to me.

Quality was average but customer support was unfriendly and take so long to respond.
