Need to get better with shipping providers and refunds

Nearly perfect. Can't live without the device. Love the customer service and the passion you can tell MP has.

I have not worked with the credit/points system but hope to burn down the points soon.

There was confusion with an initial additional charge against our credit card.

Some shipping delays, but the product itself is great.
