I had a difficult time getting in contact with someone. There isn't even a customer service number to call.

Origami stand is not stable, returning cost to be converted by mysellf.

Was super excited to get the origami stand so I could use this screen with my work computer. Not only did the stand arrive 2 weeks later than the expected delivery date, but as soon as I used it the magnets came off. Disappointed to say the least.

i cant get anyone to respond to me on how to return my screen that doesn't work, i wanted a replacement but at this point I'm about to demand a refund and be done. I've checked email and I've given my phone number! Angie Collins. 615-415-3883. angcol41@yahoo.com

The product is poorly designed as the magnets they supply do not support the weight of the screen and it constantly falls off. They glue discs they supply are virtually impossible to move and damaged the finish of my laptop. Because I passed their 30 day return (by a week or two) because I tried different ways to make it work, I’m out $450. I will most certainly post this review on every social media site I can as many times as I can to warn people about your horrible product, anti-consumer return policy, and your horrible customer service.
