I cleaned the back of laptop as instructed but after a few hours of use two of the magnets came off and when i reapplied it did not take long for them to come off again

First, it's hard. to even find a human to communicate with...and God forbid you get to do it in a way other than inane e-mail back and forth messaging...probably the least efficient process on Earth for this kind of dilemma. In my opinion, the quality of this product is questionable. Their replacement part process must come by camel across the desert of the U.S. In summary...would I recommend this company and/or its products. My answer: A resounding NO!

I returned the screens and have not received my refund. Why would it take 2 weeks for the refund to show up in my credit card account?

I believe this is second monitor purchase from this seller. Portable laptop, 1st purchase was awesome . This was given to an employee who still use it on daily basis. However, this sec I need Mobile pixels monitor is extremely Flimsy. When monitor s fully extended the bottom clip does not full click in , only the top therefore it feels like it's separating from the main screen. Second, should of had built I'm slide out kick stand. I have LebovoYoga ThinkPad. This scree is too heavy at certain position and brings the screen at 180* horizontal with the table.. it's been 2 weeks and I need a replacement.
