Mobile Pixels

Nobody is answering my request about returing the product. The product has a quality error and nobody is answering my mails. It has been 12 days without a reply. It seams like a scam!!!

The description is misleading. The product is incomplete for the price I paid.

I tried to return an item I bought in error and while I did receive an email asking me for more information Mobile Pixel never responded again.

I was really looking forward to use this stand, however, the stand does not keep the monitor upright. The magnets disconnect very easily and on hard surfaces such as a desk or table the monitor slides and falls over. I will be processing a return for this stand.
