The order was delivered late, I never received it

My computer meets the requirements, but the driver won't load correctly. This monitor IS NOT Plug-and-play. I has been a nightmare, IT people like to think everyone understands this stuff. The online tutorial the IT department sent me had no sound; are tutorial not supposed to explain thing. hard to do with no sound. This should be plug-and-play at this point, it's 2022.

Really disappointed. After searching and checking other solutions for having travel external monitors for my laptop I decided to buy Trio from Mobile Pixels. And I’m really disappointed: the magnets can support the weight, the screen resolution is poor and even I get some disconnections from time to time. Just 1 day of use and nothing else :(

I had to pay extra $106.52 customs for Fedex which it was supposed to be covered with shipment. The screen is not ideal. Has flaws. It flikers at low brightness. The right screen is not as stable as the left, but feels more sharp than the right! I'm suspecting that these are two different batches and it is an ongoing project. Also the right cable is short. The right screen is not steady and had to come around with a fix to keep it steady and not rotating clockwise because of gravity.

I've submitted the documents to the Polish customs, but the product I purchased is still stuck there :/ No progress in the customs status at all.
