The monitor that I use on a usb-c port works fine. The one that I need to use through the regular USB port is too slow, with a huge delay.

I love love love my DUEX Plus! I decided to get the kickstand for when I use it for the Nintendo Switch. However, when I try to use it, the magnets easily pop out of the monitor (meaning they aren’t strong enough) when I try to bend the kickstand out. I tried to loosen the back park so it bends easily but the magnets won’t hold onto the back. And THEN the magnet on the kickstand came off. I can probably superglue them onto the kickstand but for now, I unfortunately will not be using this since it doesn’t stay up properly.

Very slow delivery and my package was missing the data cable.

My monitor is not working and support stopped responding to me

I did not receive my package despite putting in the correct address and they have yet to either resend me the package or refund me and are trying to charge me for a reshipment fee as well as a refund fee.
