Mobile Pixels

Instructions are inadequate, dated and lacking detail. Contacting support is very slow and the concerns are not addresses. You get copy and pasted information and links with no understanding of the request. Instead of getting better it compounds the problem without any resolution to the issue.

JUNK! Magnets detached the 1st time I tried to attatch the kickstand to the monitors.

From the picture on the website I thought I was ordering the small magnets for my Mobile Pixel Duex Plus. All I really need is the sticky pad to stick the magnets to my new computer. Now I'm out the money paid for the wrong product and still no sticky pads for the old magnets since the sticky stuff is already stuck on the huge buttons that aren't even magnetic.

It's terrible and I've sent support 4 emails and have not heard back. Unit doesn't even work without disabling my current laptop screen. Ridiculous!
