Mobile Pixels

Huge concern for me is the Magnets, which actually destroyed my work laptop. Not sure if I assemble it correctly but it works lerfectly on my Mac book air but not my lenovo 13inch laptop. Screen works fine other wise. I am afraid to use the magnets.

I love the functionality and idea behind the mobile screen. However, the screen / magnets/ stickers do not keep the device secure. I have had the add in screen fall off several times and I am sad to think it is a matter of time before it breaks. Something needs to change I think??

It has been over 14 days since my order and I still haven’t received my full order. Also, they apparently double shipped my order which is annoying because now I will have to go through the process of sending stuff back.

I ordered four new magnets for my Duex. First, I couldn't find the right ones for my monitor, so ended up getting small ones. Once they arrived, I found one of the magnets was reversed such that the adhesive was on the wrong side of the magnet, making it unusable. So I then wrote to customer service to ask what to do about this. They took a day to reply and asked for pictures. I sent them pictures of my monitor two days ago, and I'm still waiting to hear back.

The screen did not live up to the expectations in terms of ease ti use, screen resolution, the Stand is ridiculously dysfunctional.
