The tracking visibility could be much better. It was processing for a long time and didn’t change once it shipped. I had to watch DHL for updates which isn’t really the best when it comes to that.

I’m somewhat disappointed in the product. I have no issue with the screen resolution and the set up was really a snap. However, attaching this to the back of the laptop with magnets has proven to be extremely frustrating. Mechanically, it is proven to be a very poor way of attaching this to the computer as the screen bracket continues to separate from the laptop almost every day. Well I would certainly recommend this product for its functional utility You need to come up with a more secure way of attaching the screen to the device as your competitors do.

Im the past i purchased a portable monitor for my laptop and all I needed to do is connect it. Mobile pixels requires a driver and I am unable to download due to my employer not allowing download. I cannot use the monitor as anticipated for this reason and the new portable monitor sits in the box as of now 😞

Product doest work as advertised. As for support person to call and they never did

I really like the quality of the monitor, the resolution is great, however I haven't been able to keep it stuck on my laptop for more than 2 days... it seems like the monitor is too heavy for the magnets which fall off after 2 days. I use this monitor for work, 8 hours a day. I don't think this is designed for that. I'm back to using my stand alone portable monitor which was much cheaper than this one, so I'm a bit disappointed.
