I love the idea of quickly detachable external screens. The magnets works like a charm. However there are a few issues that I’ve encountered. 1. If the screens are not placed in an exact position, the weight of the external screens (assuming both are extended) cause the laptop to fold forward or backwards, which impacts productivity. 2. The weight of the external screens are too heavy for the hinges that allow them to slide out. This causes the top hinge of a screen to extend out while the bottom part of the screen to slide back in. 3. When using both screens, one screen (usually the one further away from the user) tends to want to tilt to where the screen is being extended. 4. Magnets tend to stick off. Supposed to receive magnets in two days..took two weeks

Does not work. Contacted support and they requested an video. I provided pictures that described the problem but have heard from them. Not happy with the product or support.

The magnetic stand does not hold the way they claim and to not slide or come off must be in precise angle. With all the fussing to try for stable portrait angle, I am too frustrated to use the monitor. Major buyers remorse!
