The monitor is nice but the adhesive doesn’t hold the magnets. I had to buy new magnets bc when the adhesive came off, I lost some of the magnets. And now the adhesive on the new magnets is doing the same thing.

The construction is extremely shoddy, in my view. A plastic piece broke off of the attachment piece used to mount the two monitors together for the tri-screen setup (I need a replacement already, and I haven't even gotten to using the device yet). I also think the magnets could be slightly stronger.

I had to purchase additional magnets to use on another laptop and the magnets are just not sticking onto my laptop. It seems that there is not enough tacky glue on the magnets to secure the monitor.

All was OK with my order, and the trio max works very well. But in addition to the expensive price, I received an invoice from Fedex to pay customs, duties, taxes. Iwon't ordered again if I have to pay taxes eachtime.

Shipping was horrible trying to contact for help on an issue was horrible and when I finally got the item's not exactly what I thought I was getting
