Amazon pay issues after I had ordered before.I kept getting a message that customer checkout was temorarily unavailable and was nearly impossible to place an order. My grandson loves the items and I don't mind getting them for his collection, but the ordering prcess was difficult.

I've ordered twice from MobileAdvance now. Great value, but questionable shipping methods. Orders not only take time to be confirmed and ship, but my first order was split in two, resulting in one of my items being shipped USPS from a secondary warehouse, arriving on a different day from the rest of the order, and being crushed during transit. I've had to contact customer service via the phone and they were pleasant.

I thought the product was great but the shipping... not so much. The funko pop box did not come in a cardboard box like it should have and the funko pop box was completely ruined.

still trying to find out if you offer warranties on your refurbished laptops. the service was goo but what about answering my questions regarding warranties.

I ordered 12 items it’s been about 2 weeks and I only have received 2. I keep trying to track but all it says is “left facility 3 days ago.” I’m so confused and slightly concerned...
