A bit slow for shipping but otherwise a great experience.

The web site was very good and I was able to find the product and go through the purchase process without issue. I eventually received an email when the order had been processed and given a tracking number. From there the package arrived on time and in perfect order. The reason this is not a 5 star review though is that I attempted to contact the company several times to get some clarifications and not once was I replied to. Not after leaving a voice mail, nor after leaving several emails. They need to work on their customer service communication.

Package arrived in a timely fashion. Only improvement could be around communication, there were no updates around the order outside of "we've shipped". Will consider buying more things from them in the future.

The shopping experience was quite good, the only thing that could have made this 5 stars would have been to have more detail on the product page of the website. Other than that, creating the order, checkout, and receiving the product all went very smoothly.

Service is what you expect from any standard website like Amazon. The package arrived in a timely fashion, undamaged. I ordered a zephyrus duo, it had been cancelled on two other web pages. Mobile advance came through for me.
