Very accurate website description More flexible shipping option would be good but it is not offered. Not so easy to get a hold of some one over the phone. But over all will definitely shop from mobile advance again

The only reason I did not give 5 started is because of the shipping of my ROG Phone 3. I purchased from mobile advance website directly for a great price. They actually had stock and a selection of this phone when nobody else did. It took my phone a week to get shipped for some reason but they put priority shipping on it for me to get it to me in a timely fashion. They also asked which carrier I use to be sure the phone will work. The customer service was very helpful with my order. I would definitely buy from them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

The online website was has a good design and overall clean and smooth website. The shipping is ok, it has taken more time than expected for the product to be delivered maybe is because of the increase volume because of the pandemic, hope that is the issue
