Mobile Advanced had the best price for the phone I've been wanting and they are an authorized dealer of the brand (ASUS) so I trusted them. Customer support is unfortunately SUPER slow, they took almost a week to get back to my email asking when the phone would come in, but they let me know it was up for pre-order. I immediately pre-ordered it. I do not like how they instantly withdraw the money for a pre-order, most other websites wait until the product ships. However the phone came right when they said it would and they provide detailed shipping information and required a signature upon package arrival. Overall very happy with shopping with Mobile Advanced, just wish customer support was more timely and they didn't withdraw the full amount for a pre-order before they ship the actual product.

Customer service was pretty good, answered all my questions. Packaging was good but i didn't get my ROG gaming earbuds through my pre-order.

This phone is a huge upgrade for sure from a Razer Phone 2. Night photos are not that great but still pretty decent. I wish you can just keep the ROG logo on with RGB like the Razer Phone does But sadly I have not found it. The speed and battery to this phone just straight demolishes a lot of phones on the market. If you needed a huge storage this phone would be for you. Now I can put all the apps and take all the photos/videos I want.

The computer is good. Very enjoy to using it

Shopping at Mobile Advance was a simple and convenient process, I didn't have many issues with it. Order was placed, shipped, and arrived safely and in good condition. I can't say it was exceptional in any way, and I was a tad annoyed that the payment method routed through Paypal causing me to be added to their mailing list. Still, it was overall quite pleasant. Will consider shopping here again.
