My ROG phone 8 pro arrived with everything intact. Good packaging with included written instructions on sim activation. Phone is in good condition as well.

I bought a Zenfone on MobileAdvance. The website was easy to use and straight forward. The price was good too and shipping was included. The only problem I had was the shipping was set up so I couldn't have it held at my local store on FedEx's end and with my schedule I couldn't call MobileAdvance during business hours. I still got the phone but a couple days later than I wanted.

The shipping was ok, might have been faster if it wasn't on July 4th. Adult signature required was a bit annoying to deal with. And the packaging was a bit lacking, there's only a paper on top and nothing beneath the phone.

Product received in good condition
