When I first bought the CISS system, I bought pigment ink... I had issues getting it to work... The Customer Service team worked with me for 2 weeks to finally realise that the issue was that my printer didn’t like pigment ink... Since replacing it with the other ink type, my printer has been working beautifully. I’m be gone through at least 3 boxes of paper in the last 2 months and my printer hasn’t skipped a single beat...

Easy to use and understand this reset counter really worked and saved me out laying for a new printer when all that was wrong was the inbuilt counter was set by the manufacturer to make the printer obsolete.

Works well - and good support. Recommended
