After a week of so much stress, trying to repair my Epson printer due to lights flashing and showing waste ink counter reset needed and I couldn't do any printing. I had no idea what to do, then decided to do a google search and thank God I came across WIC Reset Utility, I finally found the help I needed, I purchased and downloaded the reset utility, it was the best purchase I have ever made on the net, I did have a little problem getting the printer to work right so I rang the WIC support helpline and I explained my problems to a nice guy who was concerned with my problem and he done the utmost to rectify my issues, after a few minutes he helped me get my printer up and running like new again. very helpful. I ordered a Waste Ink Counter reset key for my current printer; did the same, three years ago for my old printer. I’ve found Mir-Aus have always been efficient when dealing with their customers’ needs. Questions are also answered in a timely manner, with the added bonus of Mir-Aus staff been good communicators. Though living in New Zealand, I still prefer to deal with this company for my numerous printing paraphernalia.

A nozzle was blocked in my Pixma printer. It took less than 20 min to fix it using this cleaning product. $15 saved me from spending $200. That's good, right?
