I’ve spoken with Circle’s customer service at least a dozen times, and they’re always helpful and friendly. They just can’t yet overcome the device’s inherent flaws. Hopefully someday….

So far so good from the circle team. I hope you'll work on more features such as a white-list feature where I can select apps or categories that are never shut off for any reason even when all other internet may be suspended.
