The FAQs should include the steps needed to upgrade from first gen to the new device.

I wish there had been a live setup feature.

Device couldn't find all of our devices, and the process around that was not 'dummy' friendly. My parent app would disconect in the middle of use. Love the 'full package' idea, just spent way too long setting up something that seems like it should be simple.
