The help was trying to solve my issues but right after I got off chat with him and we got some things up and running, it stopped working. After being on the chat with him for an hour originally I didn't have the time to start that process all over again. He was trying but it seems the process was not to his advantage.

I had to keep emailing and checking back. I had to reach out several times. After weeks the issue was resolved.

Good support so far. Your emails, however, completely delete the question that I asked and solely show the Circle rep's response, so I don't know if they answered my question fully.

Circle has been good for

Circle has been good for our family. It has opened up communications with my teenager. He understands that after finishing his "School Work" profile that locks out Instagram, etc. he can be moved to his "Play" profile that allows Instagram, etc. but still blocks out the bad stuff. My only issue so far, is that I wish I could automatically switch his devices from one profile to another at certain times.
