The paralenz app on my iPhone is very slow. Most of the time I can’t even view footage from the same day. I have to connect it to my desktop just to see the footage. However I’ve used a GoPro before and I must say the GoPro app for the iPhone is fast and easy. I would like to see the pralenze app get brought up to speed. Also I’ve had my paralenze camera for about 2 years now and I love it. Good quality footage, I love the automatic record function as soon as I dive and the automatic shut off once I surface.

Need better customer service when someone has specific issues,not all issue are fixed by your generic responses. Fix your connectivity issue w camera to app not connecting so you can download dives, big reason purchased camera and big reason I'm not truly happy w my purchase.

Excellent product, but customer service is incredibly poor. Multiple problems with support that should have been very minor. When my camera was flooded due to a design flaw, I just bought a cheaper main stream camera instead. The camera is definitely worth the high price, but only if you never have any problems with it.

Now that you have a view finder - make one that can zoom in and out

To be frank, i have regretted buying the Vaquita since the day I first dived with it. It clearly had a software problem, which was eventually resolved by downloading some new software. But I find it very non-intuitive to use and very hard to line up shots with such a tiny view finder. Also, the on-line manual, when I first bought the camera, was terrible. The latest version is much better but it was extremely frustrating originally! What I will say is that the customer service people have been amazing, responding to my queries very quickly and usually resolving them, even though some of them should never have been a problem in the first place (the inadequate manual and the software problem).
