Bad experience

I bought one of your cameras several years ago and used it on several dive trips. I loved it and thought that it was by far the best recreational dive camera on the market. However, I got it out to use it on a recent dive trip and it would not power on, though it had been well cared for and not abused. Customer service told me that it was not under warranty and I would have to pay for repairs - which I did not appreciate as the camera had been extremely well cared for and it was clearly a defect. However, I really wanted the camera for the dive trip so I agreed to pay for repairs and shipping. It became clear in talking with customer service that the camera would not be ready for my trip so they offered to send me a refurbished camera so I would have it for the trip. I agreed. The camera did not come in time for my trip - on which I was diving the blue hole in Belize and doing a number of shark dives. When the refurbished model came after I returned from my trip, there was a scratch in the lens that showed up in any picture or video. I again contacted customer service and asked that they just send me back my original camera when it was fixed as I knew it had been taken care of. While I appreciate the offer of a refurbished camera so that I would have a camera on the trip and I understand that shipping was possibly delayed due to the pandemic causing the camera not to arrive before I left for my trip, I do not appreciate buying an expensive recreational dive camera that just stops working because an internal part just failed with no apparent cause and then am asked to pay for the repair and the shipping, nor do I appreciate being sent a replacement camera with a scratch on the lens that anyone doing quality control should have seen. Again, I appreciate what you are trying to do - your camera is by far the most intuitive and easy to use while also taking great underwater pictures and video. But, my experience does not give me confidence in your brand.

Would not recommend.

I find the use of the camera inconsistent. Sometimes the auto start works at the set depth and sometimes it doesn’t. This has caused me to miss a lot of good photos and videos. I find my other camera much easier.

No customer service will never

No customer service will never purchase another product. Email only customer service is unacceptable in this technology days. And a 6 day response time.

Definitely not buying any of

Definitely not buying any of your products again, first model of paralenz rust off, you sent a maintenance kit "that Was nice" and a month later the battery just blew inside the camera . All of that was within 6 months of using it, I trust againin the brand and simply end it up ruin my entire trip because my BRAN NEW camera stopped working during MY FIRST DIVE.
