All I can say is Outstanding! The Paralenz Vaquita I purchased was a gift for a close friend. The device arrived and I was amazed and completely satisfied with its capabilities. I had a small issue with the back cover and filled out the form on the Paralenz website. Within 24 hours, I was contacted and after forwarding details and proof of purchase, I was sent a new back cover! Customer service was excellent! Very happy and satisfied. I bought all the accessories for the Paralenz and will be giving it to my friend in the next few days!

After using my Paralenz camera in a number of different scenarios over a number of years in British waters and in the Indian Ocean I requested a full service and check on the camera. Paralenz could not have been more helpful and after liaising with their service department pre-paid packaging was sent to my address and the turn around time took no longer than 10 days. I have bought the older version of the Paralenz (used) and had some technical problems after roughly one year. Everyone can read about the quality of the camera itself (being great), but one thing underrated is the support. My experience - from the initial contact over their actual repair to the whole logistics - was just amazing. Thank you!

Camera hardware is excellent. Some firmware improvements still seem to be needed such as eis. The app seems to be a work in progress. Sometimes works and other times does not. It is also very slow. I love the camera and am glad I bought it. I am confident that it will become as good or better than the competition. I love the DCC!

Have been using a Paralenz Plus camera for over a year and really love it. Simple to use and takes really great videos. The Depth Color Correction feature makes a huge difference. Sure wish Paralenz had not made so many critical errors with the Vaquita camera though.
