I've been using this camera for a while and I'm pretty satisfied by the camera. I had an issue with the camera after a year and the support from Paralenz was been great. Paralenz provided the shipment for collecting the camera in Italy and shipping to their office and finally they sent the camera fixed back in days ! The support was very fast and the camera is working perfectly. 5 stars
