Package never delivered, poor response to the issue

one of the 8 cameras that I bought didnt work, and I could exchange .

We ordered the wrong size for my late father's property in SC. Since we are in KY and some time passed before we returned to his property, where we found out we had the wrong size. Lorex refused to take them back. Unopened, unused, and not flexibility in their return policy. Very disappointing since this was related to our father's recent passing.

Lorex sales lied about shipping speed and process. Equipment arrived late and was unusable due to expedited shipping not being applied even after confirming multiple times with multiple contacts at Lorex that the correct shipping would be applied to the order.

Technical support is terrible. give up the lorex.
