Customer Service is the ABSOLUTE WORST you need to fire and hire new people and train them correctly.....the "RMA" department is garage or a fictional department you guys created to give customers the run around . I will NEVER recommend anyone buy your product

The hard drive did not work. The people on the phone were not helpful. Then when I tried to send it back, they told me, sorry -- too late. I was late due to a death. Finally after a great deal of debate, I sent it back.
