System has 2 cameras that are causing problems. Of 4 installed cameras 2 give good results at night and 2 give unsatisfactory results. Calling for assistance you are on hold forever. satofactory

tech support

We are an electrical contractor we work with different brand of camera systems we really like your systems but the biggest problem is tech support when we call about a problem we don't need to be treated like someone that knows nothing about cameras when we have a bad camera, hard drive or NVR we need it replaced and not a lot of hassle to get it replaced with taking pictures before and after we know how to check out a camera system to find the problem we just need the parts when we call. thanks

First lorex cancelled my order

First lorex cancelled my order without reason or notifying me. After reordering, shipping was delayed and it took a very long time to receive my order. Customer service through the chat feature and email was slow and frustrating. I can't speak to the quality of the equipment as I have only just received it and haven't had time to install it yet. At this point I would not recommend Lorex technology.

You did nothing!

I told you if five emails, the 8TB hard drive was failed. Each time you asked for more information. Replace the hard drive, or I’ll never spend another dime on Lorex hardware.

Broken within 1 week, waiting on replacement

My unit broke within days of receiving it and I still haven't heard back from support about a replacement unit. They were informed of the issue but first level support apparently can't do anything about it, and has supposedly passed it up the chain.
