I have ordered successfully from Lorex once for an indoor system and was happy with the process. I want one of your outdoor, wire-free systems in black but, none have been available due to covid. I have been enquiring, without success, since last summer.

Purchasing was easy - no complaints or suggestions there. The mobile app/connectivity is a little short on perfection. When viewing multiple cameras at the same time in HD, one or two will always lose connection. It feels like the NVR isn't quite powerful enough to handle 10 HD PoE/Ethernet streams at the same time. If you knock them down to SD, they are fine. Playback is fine, but the app really needs to make it easier to access saves videos/photos. I expected more.

I asked for a price breakdown for all items and was sent several receipts all stating the same number. I did not get a breakdown but a total.

Your "tech support" is horrible. I have to go through layers of people that only know how to follow script. You need to train ALL tech support on how to solve problems - as your scripts are terrible!
