Irritating piece of tech that works when it wants!

Firstly I didn’t get the doorbell camera, they sent an indoor security camera. Then when the doorbell was eventually received, they’d sent a black one instead of white. I couldn’t be bothered to contact them again as it was difficult to hear or understand the person in the US

Goods faulty and needed a firmware update that I was expected to do at my own expense. Tried to return and it’s a US customer service. Totally unsympathetic. Terrible experience
