Lorex - Shopify - UK

The ordering process and speed of delivery was good as I would expect when a customer pays money for a product. My problem with Lorex is the after service! I need to speak with someone about the two problems I have with the camera as I'm dissatisfied with the product.

Very slow delivery. When will I receive it?

Your services are extremely poor; there is no telephone support, and email correspondence is not answered.

Awful product and aftersales are worse and totally unprofessional, still seeking a refund after 1 week trying to get gold of them in Canafa office as no UK offices at all. Quibbling about giving me a refund and after 30mins on call put me through to refunds department and then got automated machine message that said deot not working and cut the call dead. DO NOT BUY go but another doorbell such as ring that works and can get aftersales help in UK
