App very slow

Wired CCTV cameras not recognised by NVR. Had to wait for helpline to open (in UK early afternoon) to be told drivers in cameras supplied not compatible with NVR supplied in same CCTV package. Sent drivers via email to upload. This wasted 4 hours of my installers time that I have asked to refund, no response. Shame because cameras are of good quality but NVR base unit has a noisy fan.
