The camera works as expected
The camera works as expected but the choice of delivery company is awful (just check Fedex rating and reviews) and overall the purchase process is poor. I bought this camera, then waited for 2 days (no emails, no dispatching info) and sent an email to customer service. Only after that I got the invoice and only after that the camera was dispatched. Why should a customer send an email in order for the order to be dispatched? That’s awful service. I believe if I have any issues with the camera, the service will be bad as well, so I hope it will continue working.
