High shipping costs with only a choice. Need more options that are cost effective.

Please explain better your quoting system

Customer service starts off strong, but unfortunately it tapers off over time. We also learned that they do not manufacture these particular cases. If you order the powder-coated versions, be sure to have self-tapping screws on hand. I’m giving 2 stars because our attempt to resolve the issue didn’t lead to a solution.

Nice box. Could not use because of size.
