Have not received what I ordered

I ordered and received a "plastic" polycase box and realized I needed a "metal" box. There was a good selection of sizes available. Postage was almost equal to the cost of the box. Return postage for the "plastic" box was equal to its original cost; to do so I would pay 3x the cost of the box for "nothing". I decided to keep an unwanted box, having already paid 2x the cost for "something". Return policy for this company it terrible. I will not order from them again if I can help it.

no answer on shipment, delay at customs, reliable date of delivery

Not as described. Wish I could return, but beware of their return policy. Stick to a better company with a better return policy.
