Sizing error was on my part. I neglected to assure the dimensions included the corner indents for screws. Need to order a larger enclosure. However, will use the smaller box elsewhere on our projects - good construction, durable.

Forced to use on-line ordering. 1st order with expedite; order not produced until eta inquired about when late. 2nd order no issues. 3rd order for same product as 1st order causing error messages/warnings because on-line system still showing 1st order in production

If they can work with you on big projects with meeting deadlines that would be awesome!! but we do understand production.

Long lead time

I was disappointed in the decision to charge us $15 and the inconvenience of making a new PO and Part number for a pack of screws that were not included in our order.
