When i loaded the ink cartridges all of them were all low levels. Wife wanted me to order from someone else. I purchased again thinking i got a bad batch. Haven't used the new ones yet so ill have to wait see.

When I run the test print to calibrate my replacement HP ink cartridge blank lines were everywhere. Called support and they said they would send out an email to remedy this issue but I haven't received it one month later. Would look elsewhere to buy cartridge next time.
