All is OK

The ink cartridge replacement does not register on our printer so it always reads low ink, although it’s full. Other than that, all’s good.

One of my cartridges is empty when i installed it in the printer. Magenta 962

after i placed my recent order i installed my last black cartridge from my previous order to LA inks....that cartridge will not print properly, i have removed it a number of times and cleaned it...i am frustrated with your products...i have 2 black cartridges and 1 color from my last order that either do not print correctly or give me an error message, when they are installed....I keep trying them hoping they will work...I think my recent order will be my last from LAINKS...thanks bob

Two out of three ink cartridges appeared empty on printer display, the fourth one is the Black cartridge that is not opened yet so don't know how it will show.
