The first package I got was ruined yellow ink every where so bad it leaked through the envelope it was in. Sent and email with pictures and they sent a whole new shipment so I didn’t have to try and save what was sent to me. Awesome service

My printer is not recognizing this off brand

Cannot Use This Toner - Delivered Just Fine - How Do I Return for Refund? My printer needed another driver, I have plenty of toner as a result. Also, the fact that I'd have to know how to remove and install chips from the toners I have, that is not in my usual skills. Help Me? Joyce - 713.828.3613

I would have given them 5-stars but then told forever to reply to me, and the ink cartridge didn’t have enough ink. I didn’t deduct for shipping the wrong color… they fixed that.
