I have requested a return of TN227 for it does. Fit m, Brothers. I needed TN 223 cartilage Toner. How can I return and exchange for TN-223 Cartilage Toner? This is the third time I have requested a reply to my situation.

The yellow toner doesn't work it says it's empty. Nothing we do makes printer work.

The order took to long to be shipped. Upon arrival and installation of ink cartridges two cartridges were leaking.

I bought toner because it was cheaper than buying Brother toner. They advertised that this toner replaces TN227BK\C\M\Y. However, after about a week, my printer no longer recognized the toner. No matter how many times I tried to “reinstall” it, it was a no go. Unfortunately, I have to now buy it on-brand.

The first cartridge I installed was not recognized by my printer. I have not tried the other three.
