I was charged for an item and didn't receive a confirmation or email of purchase

I made a purchase for speaker cases for my LD Maui G2 11, and I have been unable to get information on when I can expect my item to ship and be delivered. I paid for 3 day shipping but I did not know that that the item was not in stock until after I placed my order with IDJNOW. I have asked about tracking my order on separate occasions and I am still waiting on a response.

I ordered a bag for a Xmas gift and I never received it. Yet your company said that I did. I will never order anything from you again.

Shipping $92.00 for a truss? Got to be kidding? Same American Dj truss for sale by you on EBay?? Did reply to my email 3 days later?? Not a good way to run a business
