They offer parts that they do not have available I was 2 months waiting and I never got until I called to cancel

Ordered 2 remote controls for my fog machines in October 2021 and i still dont have them. IDJnow proudly took my money, which was about $85 and here it is January 2022 and i still do not have my products. When i ordered the remote controls, the website said they were in stock, when truly there were not, I assume. I wonder if I am the only one that has gotten ripped off by IDJnow or is there hundreds or thousands of others that have been ripped off. I personally will discourage everyone in the DJ business to NOT BUY from IDJnow. I am sure i will never get my products THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR AND YOU TOOK MY MONEY.

I left message about dj equipment which they never called back at all. Not very happy about that. bought my equiupment from somewhere else.

Zero communication on order. I had to ask multiple times about it and ended up having to cancel order.
